Good doc and staff
Dr Rabun listened to me and gave me some options for treatment. Leslie was great about scheduling me and getting my script to the pharmacy. Would recommend them!

He listened well, asked great questions, and his assistant contacted me the next day to schedule my next appointment. Saw him via telehealth and it still felt warm and personable.

What stood out the most to me at my initial appointment was that I didn't feel like I was at a psych appointment. Dr. Rabun and staff made me feel comfortable there. I made the appointment at the suggestion of my PCP, just for a medication change. I felt like Dr. Rabun respected the limited nature of our visit, treated me like a normal person, and prescribed a medication that makes sense and works. I also appreciated his sense of humor and relatability. But his assistant, Leslie, actually deserves a big hug. She is a gem, and they are lucky to have her on staff.

Friendly Dcotor, Friendly Staff
I scheduled an in-person visit for my initial appointment. The doctor was warm and welcoming, as was his assistant. I explained my symptoms and Dr. Rabun asked a bunch of questions to get better insight on what I was dealing with. We talked about different medication options and, overall, I left really happy with my care. He answered all my questions and helped me understand better ways to care for myself. Looking forward to my followup!

My mother and I been seeing dr Rabun for going on 8 years and I still get excited to talk with him,On a few occasions I had ran outta meds early from past experiences I know it can take time to actually get ahold of your doctor (few days) to call in more meds not with dr Rabun he’s called me or texted me back almost immediately every time telling me syour meds have been called in alredy ,and has alway gone outta his way to help me more than I deserve, there’s a reason why he’s not excepting new patients everyone is trying to see him

An excellent, caring psychiatrist who showed more flexibility customizing my treatment that many others who I have tried. My depression is severe and refractory to treatment, and he was willing to take some risks to get me something that worked.

He's great but his staff is so bad ... I had to find an alternative. They are completely negligent in their lack of tracking the prescriptions written, and accept no responsibility for endangering our lives!

The service he provided was fine, I got what I needed. Was charged a no show fee, even though I never received a confirmation call. I only see a psychiatrist 1-2 times per year, and with a busy career it's difficult to keep track of sporadic appointments. The receptionist was rude and condescending and didn't bother to call back when I asked that she speak with the doctor to waive the fee. Do not go to this medical provider; there are better practices even in the same medical group.

I would give 0 if it'd let me.new patient apt was made 3 months ago. Get there n receptionist tells me they filled my spot because I didn't confirm the apt. She said she called yesterday n today and sent a text message. She said she left a message. I told her I didn't receive anything. Otherwise I would have answered or called back. Asked her to ask the dr if he could squeeze me in. She said yea n I asked what number she called she read the number to me n said the vm was not accepting calls.

Dr. Rabin is an extremely intelligent man with a lot of experience helping people. I know some psychiatrists can be socially akward and seem to lack empathy, and this is true of Dr. Rabin. I felt rushed during my appointments which made it difficult to feel comfortable. I was in a truly difficult time of my life and struggling emotionally and Dr.Rabun was very cold and even disrespectful at some points, disregarding my emotions. Im sure his approach works with some people, I'm not one of them.
