Great Care
When I turned my knee, I was having terrible pain. The thing that worried me most is that when I turned my knee, I felt a pop. I called the office and got in right away, due to the emergency situation. I had X-Rays and an exam. Dr Putnam ordered icing and elevating my knee plus inflammation pills. I’m healing nicely. Dr Putnam and all of his staff are amazing. They certainly care about getting you healed and back to as close to 100% as soon as possible.

Left knee
Dr. Putnam did my left knee surgery. He was Supposed to fix a small tear. I was walking okay before the surgery, but had surgery cause it was work related. Wish I would have never let him touch me. My knee gives out all the time randomly, and the tear is still there. It was supposed to be a simple surgery, but has left me handicapped.

Botched my shoulder repair twice
He did two rotator repair surgeries on my Right shoulder. When if retire after the second surgery he did, he lied and said the MRI didn’t show a retear. Went to a different surgeon and he saw the retear immediately, ended up having to have a total reverse shoulder replacement. I’ve had a poor outcome from that due to the botched surgeries from Putnam

Dr. Putnam replaced both of my knees in 2016. I felt that I had the best surgeon possible. He explained the surgery and recovery to me, also took the time to answer my questions and my husband since he was my caretaker. The staff is wonderful. I would seek his help in a heartbeat should I need to see an orthopedic surgeon.

This doctor is apparently motivated by one thing only, money. He refuses to see anyone who is not in his network of insurance even if they have medicare paying along with the insurance. I never trust a doctor who is money motivated. Ask yourself, do they really care about you?

IF I COULD HAVE DR. PUTNAM DO ALL MY MEDICAL I WOULD. HE LISTENS TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY. HE DOESN'T RUSH AROUND AND GIVES YOU THE TIME YOU NEED! HE DID MY SHOULDER SURGERY AND WORKED ON MY KNEE. HIS OFFICE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. I DON'T HAVE A 15MIN. HOLD ON THE PHONE TO REACH THEM AND THEY ARE SO SWEET, ESPECIALLY REGINA. THANK YOU DR. PUTNAM AND HIS STAFF FOR YOUR EXCELLENT TREATMENT. MOST DRS. OFFICES OUT THERE NEED TO HAVE TRAINING FOR THERE STAFF ON HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS!
