Excellent practice
My family has been a patient of Dr. Pramenko and Jackie Shaw for many years. Kim at the front desk is friendly and professional. It has always been easy to get an appointment in a timely fashion. Care is without fail professional and competent. Referrals when indicated are appropriate and prior auths always handled as efficiently as one might expect. Dr. Pramenko has an easy manner and kind dispostion and has always helped me with dignity and empathy. Jackie has been the primary caregiver for my wife and kids and she also is a superb practitioner with excellent skills and a wonderful manner. Highest recommendation!

No problem with the doctor or staff. I am a very sick person and I am very hard to deal with because of all of the medical issues I have that have disabled me. All's I have to say is if they have not banned me from their practice they all have to be good people.

Dr. John Pramenko is friendly, and it's very easy to get an appointment. The reason our whole family no longer goes to his office anymore is due to the fact that he spends too much time pressuring to get vaccinations. He did this every time we visited for wellness check-ups, especially with our babies. In addition, he is not good at handling little babies; it made me cringe.

Spends time with you. Cares about his patients. No nurse, no aides, he does everything - like a visit to the old time small town doctor.

John Promenko refused me imaging for serious injuries telling me that the misdiagnosed injuries a two minute orthopedist diagnosed was now chronic pain my brain held onto and my often level 10 emergency pain might just one day go away. Later imaging showed serious surgical injuries. The large scale attempt to describe injuries which have not been worked up with adequate diagnostic testing to rule out serious injury that could be fixed is medical neglect/abuse causing disability/pain delirium.
