Primary Care Doctor
I seen Dr.Pittman on a regular basis being he was my primary doctor, after the first few times I seen him I would call to make an appointment and was told to go to urgent care,,well this got really old really quick, well now I’m needing my medical records from 2019-2021 and guess what the good doctor doesn’t even have proof I was his patient except one visit in November of 2021,this is really scary to know because what if something happens in the future where another doctor needs those records to treat me???This is the saddest excuse of a doctor,,since he got his residency at the hospital he doesn’t give two dangs about his patients health!!!!You better find yourself another doctor who cares about your health!!

Forget it! I could have died under his care.
I used to be Dr Pittman’s patient. A new physician saved my life. Just returned from a stay at Floyd. 90% LAD blockage. 2 stents. Cardiologist said it’s a miracle I didn’t have a deadly heart attack, and died Dr Pittman was my primary care doctor. I had a physical not too long ago and complained of exhaustion, tightness across my chest and shortness of breath. I also told him that I was pretty stressed out because of Covid. I told him that I didn’t know if my symptoms were stress, or if it is something seriously wrong with me. I’m not a doctor. Is it a doctor’s job to figure it out? Yes it is! He advised to go out and walk more. Made note I was “angry.” A month ago the pain was unbearable. Got another physician. I told him exactly what I told Dr Pittman. I was immediately scheduled for calcium score screening. I scored 1592.5. That is outrageously high. Sent to cardiologist, who set up catheterization, immediately! 90% LAD blockage, 2 stents.

Have been a patient with Dr. Pittman for many years. I trust his advice and decisions. He has always explained in detail, but in understandable layman terms. I trust his suggestions for problems that have arisen, and choice of medications when necessary. He does not give meds unless he feels it is necessary after thoroughly reviewing my record and other options have not been successful. I would recommend Dr Pittman without reservation.
