I, Tonya Moss had been scheduled for a total left knee replacement since 2014. There's several false statements in his medical records. I, Tonya don't have diabetes. Dr. Pinski claimed "female with left knee OA flare." Tonya's condition is not a flare, but a serious bone on bone contact particular osteopathic subchondral sclerosis Kellgren-Lawrence grade 4." "She has multiple medical as well as social contraindications for surgery. Discriminated against Tonya due to insurance type, economic status, living in a long extended Stay, where I have others who had knee replacement and shoulder replacement, and the names were picked up by Medicare investigations with 8 insurance companies. Tonya and the Georgia Composite Medical Board has my low weight, and that didn't manner. Dr. Pinski on your train of thought, is disconnected, and contraindicated himself several different occasions. Contradictory statements, by law, cannot, all be true, and is based on prior statements in John Pinski same medical note on record. Autonomy is a piller of medical ethics, the moral principle that doctors follow for their patients. A doctor cannot simply impose their will on a patient, nor question their competence just because they disagree with them. Patient autonomy is a fundamental right every single patient has to be in charge of their own person. Autonomy allows them to make their own decisions about their medical care or financial decisions. We each have the ultimate authority to determine what happens to our own bodies, and to actively participate in our own decision making process regarding our treatment options. By definition, patient Tonya Moss, has maximal autonomy when others are informed consent. Patient not only deserves but are required to process relevant information risk, benefits, and alternatives. 8 doctors prior medical records showed that I have always been able to make safe, sound decisions. I think that Dr. Pinski is a well capable surgeon, and has been ill lead by greedy lies of others. I hope someday that he finds the desire to help all individuals, and he sets aside from those who make misleading statements that cost him and his career. I think he has a better future away from the few people that will cost him everything. I wish him what I know he is capable of, goodness.
