Dr Jack basically saved my life.........twice. First a bout with China virus, and then battle with blood clots in the lungs! Spot on with his diagnosis and treatment! He's the best!

Known to his patients as Dr. Jack has saved my life over the last 2 weeks. When I was released from the hospital I went to Dr. Jack and he has spent much time helping me, even during the New Year holidays, He cares about his patients and researches his information so he knows the correct, proven answers for each concern. Out of all of the doctor's I have known my many decades on this planet and also while traveling between Bradenton/Sarasota and Connecticut/Newport area, Dr. Jack is the most amazing, helpful, kind and intelligent doctor (and person) I have ever come across. He is not typical and definitely unique in how he treats the cause of your illness not the symptoms like most others. He truly cares for you as a patient and a friend and also is sure to treat you without bias and without prejudgment (even if you are a raving loon with tendencies to over indulge and self medicate)... Dr. Jack will get you back on track, without breaking your bank and also without getting you hooked or throwing you down another rabbit hole like most outfit's do these days. This is NOT A PILL MILL, he is a genius, I mean it, Mensa level NASA smart. I never review anyone online, I hate computers, but this is something I feel obligated to do because other's should be aware there IS help out there!

Outstanding physician. Dr Jack saved my life in active addiction and showed me the pathway to recovery. I've been a patient off and on for almost 20 years now and I've followed his practice through 3-4 different locations. He's guaranteed to tell you like it is without candy coating it. If you can't handle the truth I'd suggest that you find a different practitioner. He took the time and effort to address the underlying causes and conditions of my substance use. He treats the whole person, mind, body and spirit. I can't say enough good things about him and his practice. You either love him or you hate him. I love him!

He is awesome and knows what he is talking about. I did not feel rushed at all he just doesn't want to hear the B.S he can see through it!!! He wants to help you live a free life I whole heartedly believe.
