NEVER!! Horrible!! Don’t go waste of time
Makes u come in every month. Test you every time. Calls u in for pill count and test constantly. They let me go because they said I didn’t answer my phone. But they never called!! They would not tell me the day and time they supposedly called. They are so unorganized. I had to bring in my own mri. Thank goodness I did 3 months later he still didn’t request Pryor doc that I had been at for 8 years had to leave for ins reasons. This doc is rude and doesn’t care about his patients do not waste your time.

Dr. Peppin prescribed opiates and opiate derivatives to me in West Des Moines until I was quite literally a zombie When I told him I was addicted he told me that I was simply "habituated" - whatever that difference might be. It took me six or seven months of agonizing withdrawals to get off it all - a decision I made when he told me my next step would be Methadone. He should not be licensed to practice medicine ANYWHERE and I would not recommend him to anyone alive!
