My cat has better bedside manner
I've worked in healthcare most of my life and this man was the most arrogant, uninterested doctor I've ever seen. He doesn't shake your hand, stares at the computer for 10 minutes in silence, doesn't ask major concerns & then says 'wow this is a lot of info, I need to you to come back'. I had a binder of paper work for my mother and he dismissed it. When I explained my father has power of attorney & the hospital recommend palliative care, he rolled his eyes & talked over me saying 'I needed real form ' which I said have and then to give it to 'his girls to scan' despite it being in her records. As a caregiver to my mother, I have never felt so dismissed. No wonder why he has so many appointment slots open for same week booking- after one visit no one goes back.

Doesn't really do a good job of explaining his thoughts/rationale. Doesn't explain your treatment options well. Doesn't seem to want to actually help. Collecting a paycheck every 2 weeks doesn't make for a good family doctor. I gave him 2 stars because he at least hasn't misdiagnosed anything...yet

Horrible visit with this doctor, not professional. At all, mean, cruel, said I should not have come to this office with nasel congestion and breathing problems. Said if I had covid I would spread it to him. My response was give me the covid test. He refused. Lousy Dr. And I have Asthma that's the reason I was there for. No class! Went to urgent care they were wonderful. Had covid test results were negative!! He should have tested me there if he was so concerned about himself!!!! Not acceptable!!!

I do not understand why I have to pay money for a 5 minute online appointment where this "doctor" did not listen to my symptoms and insisted that I just need to drink water and take otc medicine. I listened to him, though, and proceeded to get sicker and missed more days of work. I eventually got help from a good doctor, who carefully listened to my symptoms and did not try to rush me out of the appointment as quickly as possible. I've seen other reviews raving about Peniston, and maybe we've just had different experiences. When you are in a lot of pain and try to get help, and a doctor dismisses that pain and you, and then, you get sicker - there is definitely reason to be upset.

Since most people who leave a review are motivated by their unhappiness, I want to say that I think he is everything these say he is not - patient, explains things well, takes his time, and caring to the point of nagging about things like follow-ups, weight control, etc. That said, avoid Dr. Rosenberg. He is horrible with schedules, and gave me bad advice on a injury that required almost immediate surgical intervention - told me to think about it for two weeks.

Indifferent and cold. Misdiagnosed me when I insisted I had strep and to do the 5 minute swap test. He refused and I was in urgent care next day. If he could misdiagnose something as simple as that, how can he be trustworthy with much more severe health issues.
