Very personable and attentive physician.
I did not have to wait long at all.

I started seeing Dr. Ouderkirk in March 2015 At first I thought he was a decent doctor. The staff gets changed more often then he changes his underwear. They don’t answer the phone they don’t call you back they constantly make mistakes and have nothing but excuses. My prescriptions don’t get called in or get called into the wrong pharmacy. I have been treated rudely most times I have been there and this doctor never listens to my complaints. They actually charged me money when they shouldn’t have because I have Medicare. I found out later they were not supposed to be charging me and of course my new doctor does not charge me. After I brought it to their attention and some of the staff was replaced they stop charging me but yet I am out hundreds of dollars they claim was a copay. They have an online portal that was good then they closed it and they started another one and they closed it and now they don’t have one at all. They are the worst!

I have been a patient for 11 years and the past few years the level of service has declined terribly. Dr. Ouderkirk was once my most favorite doctor, but now he is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He no longer is patient or kind. My last visit he seemed like he was annoyed even speaking to me and he rushed me out of the door. I will NEVER go to him again.

I go to Dr, Ouderkirk every three months and although things are hectic they're one of the very few clinics that address my particular healthcare needs. Dr. O is awesome, and his concern for my personal well-being is exemplary. I cannot say anything wrong about him or his staff

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had with a practice. They lose paperwork and confuse identification of patients. Dr Ouderkirks office looks like a complete mess of jumbled papers. His nursing staff is incredibly inept. Dr Gomez-adisa forgets to process her work and takes no responsibility for the irresponsibility of her staff. The bloodwork is processed to maximize profit. Rather than fix a problem with patient centric solutions they will pass the patient on to another doctor.

After six years of being a patient, I had no choice but to find a new doctor. From excessive waits, to incompetence in routine bloodwork to failure to refill required maintenance prescriptions, the final straw was Dr. Ouderkirk himself. His odd behavior made me think he was under the influence of something. I'm still waiting for my medical records to be transferred to my new physician after requesting them in December 2015. Someone recently told me he's closed his practice. Good riddance.

Incompetent staff and terrible excuse of a medial doctor! Continued rescheduling of appointments at the last minute by the staff. No consideration if you live 5 hours away. Each time I remind the staff of this they mysteriously found an opening for me. I inherited this pitiful excuse of a dr because the staff led me to believe when he took over for my terrific previous dr I had no option. Thankfully I found out the truth and am back at my pervious dr. Dr Melton. He's the greatest & best dr!
