My oldest child is almost 18 years old and has been in this group practice since birth. Dr. O'Brien is always personable, professional, and caring. He has listened to me and my concerns, and respected my input when we had different opinions on treatments. He has seen my child at his worst in the office and in the hospital, and has a very caring nature. He is great with parents, too - he totally understands the anxiety and the stress of caring for a sick child. He is terrific!

Dr. O'Brien is an excellent pediatrician. He is easy to talk to, and wonderful with kids. I trust him more than any other doctor at this practice. I always request him when my kids have appointments.

This doctor needs to work on his bedside manner. He is very arrogant and lacking in diplomatic skills. His medical knowledge is good but because of things he said during the appointment we will be going to other doctors in the practice.
