Kidney stone
Dr. Murray and his team did a great job with helping my husband alleviate his pain of first time experiencing a kidney stone. Dr. Murray was informative and has good bedside manner. We saw home within 15 minutes of checking into the room. Dr. Murray was very helpful in explaining all of our questions with regarding future kidney stones prevention, medication and discharge instructions. He was pleasant and candid. We were happy to be seen by Dr. Murray at the ER and Claire, RN, was great with helping my husband feel less pain. She was attentive to his vitals and came right in when his oxygen level was low. Tonya was great with helping my husband to the CT scan. Overall, we had a positive experience at Abbott Northwestern's ER department.
