Unprofessional and disappointing
We made an appointment specifically with Dr Miller only to come see a PA without any prior notice. A total waist of time and effort taking a child out of school to come. The analytical skill and assessment was worthless. Nevertheless we were told we can speak with Dr Miller if we book a telehealth appointment and that we did. On the day off we called the office, waited on hold for 40 minutes only to be told Dr Miller doesn’t do appointments over the phone but only sees patients in the hospital. We were looking forward for even the phone conversation all day and again child had to be pulled out of school to attend. What a disappointment and a disgrace. I feel my mental health is deteorating because of this alone.

Excellent, very knowledgeable, compassionate, professional , and kind doctor. He really listens, and seems to enjoy his occupation and his patients. He returns his phone calls in a timely manner.he is very caring. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great psychiatrist who will put you at ease. He is easy to speak to. Consider yourself very lucky if you are able to get an appointment with him because he only takes patients 2 days each week because he flies all over the US to speak.
