Dr. John McKee Sr, MD

Dr. McKee is good. Today my appointment was at 8.30 am. The web site said they open at 8 am. So I got there at 8.10 am. At 8.20, I waited at the door to be first. When I got inside, they took my payment and called the other two people who was actually behind me. I asked the nurse what time is my appointment. She said, she is th ed nurse and doesn't know the answer. Let me tell you, I felt discriminated by the staff. The staff is not good at all. But I like the doctor.

This was a waste of time and money. Dr. McKee was not interested in what was wrong or even interested in spending time with me on trying to find out what was going on. Toooo quick on making a judgement on his opinion as to what was wrong witch didn't fit as to what was going on.It was a total waste of my time and money. He was a bit rude .He seem to be interested in getting me in and then out fast didn't offer to ask a lot of question or even try antibiotics or other options as to how to remedy the issue.

I called and got an appointment, was called the day of appointment where they cancelled saying that they did not accept my insurance. Then I called my insurance and was told they were on their list. The insurance called them and they told them they were not accepting new patients. I think they could have told me this instead of saying they did not accept my insurance. If they won't tell the truth about something so simple, I would not recommend anyone to them.

Worst experience ever . Went in for 2 issues with my ears . He would onlyaddress 1 dismissing the other when brought up. Medication he prescribed did not help,3 days later condition was worse. Contacted his office and after an hour of multiple personal and various placements on hold They told me they would call me back in 10 minutes. 6 hours later when I finally called back my self ,placed on hold multiple times again ,only to tellme the doctor could not see me but I needed to get my ear checked
