Dr.Mcgill is truly one of the best urologists
Unfortunately I had my first kidney stone in May 2018. Dr.Mcgill was my grandmother’s urologist and so I made an appointment to see him after the ER visit that confirmed it was a stone along with a mass on my right kidney and a stone in my left kidney. Yes, the wait times can be long but he has other patients and emergencies happen. I would rather wait to see a doctor who is compassionate, knowledgeable, explains results or procedures in a way that is easy to understand. He referred me to a dr in Augusta to remove the mass and part of my kidney. It was cancer. The specialist I saw was amazing. Surgery was done in January 2019. I believe he saved my life or at least my kidney. After my next and last Ctscans and X-rays coming up in July I’m returning to DrMcgill in Albany. I highly recommend Dr.Mcgill.

One of the best. He’s professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and has a wonderful bedside manner. Deep appreciation for the special efforts he made to perform my procedures in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Dr. McGill.

Dr McGill is a very good doctor , it is sad that he seem to be a very busy man other than that he gets right on board and he listen to your concern and if you got any problems he will take care of them. The Dr has good intentions and he cares for his patients .

Dr. McGill is not only a true professional, but he is very kind, compassionate and cares about his patients. He is never in a hurry with me and explains my treatment in detail. He also asks me if I have any questions of him. He it truly an asset to the Urological community in Macon and I am very proud that he is my Urologist. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has any Urological needs.

I recently had a surgery with Dr. McGill, that also required the help of Dr. Woodyard. The two doctors worked well together and took care of insurance and employer paperwork. They were very detailed and thorough in explaining to me what was going on and how they were going to fix th problem. They did many tests to make sure there were no other problems. I high recommend this doctor if you need a surgery in this field.

Dr. McGill is one of the most knowledgeable and caring physicians in his field that I have had the privilege of knowing. He is plan of care oriented and focuses on the absolute best outcomes for his patients. I'm pretty sure he saved me.
