Horrible bedside manner, made me feel invalidated on concerns for my daughter after being sent there from urgent care for her to be seen he did no through exam or test, told me to wait it out. When I mentioned my daughter not having these symptoms before he said “congratulations to you”

Horrible bedside manner
Wow… just wow. I have never felt more invalidated and not listened to than I have with Dr. McEnroe. He truly did not seem to care at all about my daughter, or care to even run tests. He gave us advice that was completely against what her specialist had given us that was unsafe. I had to beg to get labs drawn and X-rays given, which ended up giving us a diagnosis. Had I not insisted, he would have discharged us. Horrible experience.

He didn’t listen, made snide comments about the treatment my daughter received for a different condition (which we weren’t there to address), lied about what ultrasound reports said and lied in his charting (which we found out when another doctor got the report), didn’t address pain, refused to call the surgeon on call, and left us to figure things out on our own. I would never go back to the Peds ER at OPR ever again because of him.

Excellent! Dr. McEnroe is the best we have seen in KC area. Although, you do not get to choose your provider in an emergency setting, if you are blessed to have him you'll be well taken care of. He takes the right amount of time and focuses on all possible options for the patient. I have no idea why someone would rate this doctor 1 star- they clearly didn't understand how the rating worked. This provider is the best in our area.
