Dr. John Marston at the Baton Rouge Clinic has all the qualities in a physician you want when you visit: great bedside manner, smart and educated, and focused on you during the visit.

Dr. Marston provides great health care. He listens and genuinely cares about getting you in good shape. No preaching, just good practical care. I highly recommend.

When I tell you Dr. Marston is quite literally the best doctor I’ve ever had? I mean it!! He and his staff are so incredibly caring, supportive, and listening. Dr. Marston should be in the textbooks on how to care for patients! If there were more than 5 stars he’d get them! If you’re in the Baton Rouge area and need a GP, Dr. Marston is the way to go if you can! And in my experience, if he needs to send you to somebody else specialty wise, he will give you good recommendations for that as well!

I liked Dr. Marston From the first time I met him. Something which stands out for me is the fact that if he makes an error, he apologizes. He is a stand up Human being ,and cares for his patients as if they are a member of his own family. Dr. Marston is an active listener and does not hold a grudge or become defensive if you speak candidly with him about medical concerns . One feels as if they have a say in their health care needs and requests for referrals due to relieve painful symptoms are never neglected. His Nurse and assistants are top notch, kind and a compliment to the Physicians office practices and core values. I highly recommend him without any reservations and I am ver picky!

He is great at conveying medical information in a clear, easy to understand way, and he is attentive and thorough in answering questions. He is so knowledgable and also a practical problem-solver.
