Rude and Cold. Avoid
This doctor was utterly rude and uncaring. Saw him from all the awards or what a great robot doctor he is. After waiting 3 hours, being dismissed, and treated like garbage we are unimpressed. Patients deserve more. Cancer is scary. How are you so cold? Go anywhere else.

He and his entourage come in the examination room with the arrogance of a mediocre rock star. He says hello and does the examination. They don't say anything, but his associates get in there too. They don't even ask permission to examine you, and these examinations are very personal. They just give it go after he's done. Then he gives you 30 secs of cryptic assessment and they all leave the room. So there you are, feeling disturbed by what just happened and not terribly informed. Horrid.

Dr. Marks is passionate and his oath sincere. I admire his bronze sculpture his Dad gave to him, taking off the surgical gloves. From the start, I knew! "Had fun giving him a card of thanks. It was perfect. "Thanks from the bottom of my butt." My appreciation cannot be said enough. I am here today 2 years later, Stage 1. Thank you again Dr. Marks. See you in August (?). God Bless you, your family and the staff.

Dr. Marks did my colon surgery the Monday before Thanksgiving and I had a light Thanksgiving Dinner at home that week. Average length of stay is 11 days and mine was 3. I chose Dr. Marks because he's famous for minimally invasive surgery. I felt so good that upon discharge he had to tell me 3 times "no driving, no working until after your 2 week follow-up visit, OK?" (It was like trying to negotiate with my wife - I lost and did as I was told.) Entire hospital experience was outstanding.

Horrible experience at this office. Had an appointment at 2pm on Thursday, when I arrived I was told my appointment was the previous day. In preparation I had to complete 2 enamas and am 27 weeks pregnant. On Thursday evening I received a call from their automated scheduling system that I had missed my appointment scheduled for Thursday afternoon at 2pm. Obviously the staff and doctors have no care for their patients or their time. Never going here again.

Arrogant! Rude. No bed side manner. 55 year old man who needed a second opinion and he talked me down. I spoke up firmly, and his staff knew I was right. They didn't say a word and walked away.

On August 4th, I made an appt with Patricia for Sept 6th at 2pm. She provided general directions and mentioned they’re in suite 375. I scheduled a day off from work due to the long drive (1 hr 30 min one way). Around 1:50pm, I called about being a little late. To my surprise, the front desk couldn't find my appointment. They couldn’t even find my record. The front desk and office manager Krisanne were rude. Dr. Marks refused to see me b/c he was busy. Good to know he cares and values my time.

Dr. Marks was recommended by our gastro doctor Dr. Lubich in south jersey . My daughter Shannon Campbell was treated with a successful surgery by your facility at Lankenau. Our entire visit was a very pleasant experience. We thank you for the care and compassion that was shown to our family. We know we were in the best hands in the world by being sent to your hospital. God bless you and your staff. Sincerely . Sue Dickinson, a very happy mother.
