Dr. John Luster, MD

It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Luster. He encourages me to have healthier habits and does a great job if keeping me on track with all my health maintenance issues.

He provided life-saving diagnosis and treatment on several occasions. Very conscientious and up-to-date on latest medical information. My PCP for last 30 years.

Dr. Luster personally is both professional and compassionate. His team of physicians assistants and office staff work closely with him to execute a treatment plan that is detailed and responsive to my medical issues. I feel fortunate to be a long time patient of a primarily care physician that takes the time to listen and answer all my questions with his full attention and respect. We all deserve this level of health care but it is rare to actually receive it.

I saw Dr. Luster about a serious health issue, and I didn't know that this kind of doctor existed any more. He didn't keep his head buried in a computer. He actually treated me like I was special, knew which specialist could help me with my challenges, and I truly felt like I was heard. The old-fashioned treatment LIVES! Thank you , Dr. Luster

I have been going to Dr. Luster for 3 + years. I was referred to him by a friend after my GP I had been going to passed away. Dr. Luster is something you don't find in the medical field very often any more. He takes each of his patients. You are not just a number. My 85 year old father had become ill and was often pushed off by his GP. Every time he called about a problem the doctor would say go to the emergency room rather than try and help. I suggested he go to Dr. Luster. He went into see Dr. Luster and had a 3 hour visit and checkup. A few week later he fell and broke his hip and was in the hospital. Dr Luster came by 3 times to see him in the hospital. Have you heard of a doctor do that these days? Now I am referring my mother as well! Glad our family found this "Diamond in the rough!"

Superb and caring doctor who takes the time to listen. His nurse practitioners are very good, too. Been seeing Dr. Luster for over two years, and at first I did have some issues with the front office, but those seem to have diminished.

the staff never answers the phone!!!! OK break 12-2, fine. but 2:45, 3:00, 3:30, etc - where are you????????????????

Caring, thoughtful, very intelligent, intuitive. I have complete confidence in Dr. Luster. I feel fortunate to have him as my pcp.

I called the office to schedule a new pt appt, it the was very discouraging as i manage a medical office as well, and let me tell you, the manner in which the front staff handled my call would be unacceptable in my office. They were unsure of whether or not the doctor was contracted with my ins. and when placed on hold for another recep. to confirm, she was argumentative with me as if I was the problem. I would never allow my staff to speak to pts or prospective pts so unprofessionally.

Both Dr. Luster and Linda are terrific however they need to do something about the office manager, Dolores. The worst possible biller I've ever encountered. Further she is unapologetic about it. Takes no onus for her actions. I do not understand how this business can operate.
