He's the best there is
This is not about one visit but rather a long-term assessment. I've had Dr. LaRossa as my primary doctor for 25 years. He has been someone I can talk to, rely upon, and trust more than anyone in the medical profession over that period of time. He's a great listener and never fails to put me at ease. I also love the relaxing classical music he often plays during office visits.

Very disappointed and frustrated with Dr. Larossa's care during my recent serious thyroid issue. Not once in 3 weeks did I receive a call from him which I specifically asked for via his secretary on numerous occasions. If it wasn't for my very qualified and responsive primary care physician I would still have thyroiditis and be quite sick. You would think an endocrinologist should have easily been able to diagnosis this but that didn't happen. I am switching endocrinologists to someone who is more responsive, caring and has a full staff including nurses available to assist. I would not recommend Dr. Larossa even to my worst enemy!!

every time i see Dr Larossa i feel like i'm getting the attention that so many claim is lacking from medicine these days. Personable and professional, Dr Larossa answered all my questions and put me at ease concerning my issues. Prescriptions are filled in a timely manner as well. honestly, one of the best interactions with the medical community that ive had. JS - Watertown

Best Doctor I have ever seen. Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Explains everything in easy to understand language, and helps with any issues I have, not just Endocrine related.

I saw Dr. Larossa end of May. I had a lot of blood work as I have been struggling with an issue for many years. It is now July 26th and I have still not been able to get my results translated. I called office 4 times to ask for results, never got them. The 5th phone call I was told they would be on patient gateway, which I did not have. So what is done with the patient's who are not on gateway? Results are there, but I am not a dr do not know what they mean.2 more messages to office, no answer yet
