Dr. John Kraynock, MD is the worst doctor I have ever taken my child to. He did not listen to me nor was he concerned with my child's illness. the visit was rushed and he didn't take the time to find out what was wrong with my son, nor did he try to fix the problem. I much rather take the extra trip to see another DR. at least I know my child is taken care of properly. I wouldn't recommend my dog seeing him. horrible DR. Zero stars but they're making me put at least 1

Unfortunately I can only give Dr. Kraynock 3 stars and it really isn't his fault. Out of the practice, I feel he has listened to me and my concerns the best. The reason for the low stars is the support staff and cleanliness of the office. The support staff tends to be rude, and don't seem to know how to bill properly (constantly having to fix issues). AND, after my daughters last 3 well checks, I have had to take her back within a week for a sick visit. Not even hand sanitizer in the wait room!
