Hes burnt out.
I was told I had an infection but wasn't given any antibiotics to fix it. He seemed very burnt out. I met him months ago but he forgot who I was. Originally I was treated for extremely low testosterone but was given a comical dose and had to switch to an outside provider to actually fix my low T. It's time for me to switch doctors.

I saw Dr. Johnson as a follow-up visit after an ER visit for flank pain at night that turned out to be spinal arthritis. I was prescribed a muscle relaxer and a pain reliever by the ER doctor. The combination of the two meds helped some, but didn’t completely eliminate the pain. I had hoped that Dr. Johnson would would renew the prescription, or suggest something else. He told me that the pain would go away on its own, and that I could take Acetaminophen as needed. That didn’t come close to giving relief. I was very disappointed with his attitude.

Terrific!
Agreed to see me late Friday afternoon. We discussed my problem and with lots of empathy and caring, he suggested various referrals, always asking for my input also. Really appreciate and like Dr. Johnson.

Very Good Doctor
First, you cannot have a better nurse than his nurse, Amy. She gets to know the patients, and is always kind and caring. Dr. Johnson has been my doctor for well over 20 years. He is very thorough and will do what it takes to get to the bottom of whatever issues you have.

Good experience
His nurse Amy is sweet, caring and attentive. I have seen him a couple of times before my appointment this past Wednesday. I had to see him because I had back procedure November 7th & 8th, which it was discovered I have a severe osteoporosis. I have always found Dr Johnson to listen and attentive to one's concerns. On this particular appointment he addressed other occurrences that happened to me independently of what I was there. Yes, the wait sometimes is longer than you hope. However, he still will give you all the time you need before you're done. In addition, I have found my referral expedite immediately, I really appreciate. I hope he'll be around for many years to come.

New Doctor Visit
Moving to Crestview from Columbus Mississippi only 3 months ago my husband and I needed a new Internal Medicine Doctor. Dr. Johnson’s name was given to us by our new Eye Care Doctor. I found Dr. Johnson to be very thorough and he gave great care and completeness during my appointment.

Check up
We moved to Crestview in December 2004 . I searched for a doctor here in Crestview. I chose Dr Johnson. I’m very satisfied with him . He is ALWAYS CONCERNED ABOUT ME. He always explains everything and whatever he tells you, you can believe it. And another thing I can say about Dr Johnson is if you don’t want to hear the truth then don’t go to see him. He believes in God and he speaks the truth. And I Love Aimee she’s always so sweet and concerned about me and she will tell you the truth too. The front desk staff is nice too. So thankful for Dr Johnson I pray we will be around for many more years.

Completely unacceptable
Front counter staff and the nurse were all wonderful, but I wouldn't recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone. First, I had to apply to become a patient. I had to submit my full medical profile before being allowed to schedule a new patient appointment for primary care. After being approved and arriving for my appointment, I waited for over an hour to bee seen and ended up missing work that afternoon. Doctors should be held just as accountable as their patients for punctuality. If your office can cancel my appointment and charge me additional fees for being 15 minutes late, why not refund my copay for being over an HOUR behind? What's the point of an appointment if the doctor doesn't even see you on time? Patients have other obligations and can't just sit in a waiting room all day. During my appointment, Dr. Johnson was rude and tactless while questioning my medical history. Referred to my prior procedures as "choices" in a very derogatory manner and rudely pried into the root causes of my m

My appointment with you was 01/07/2021 at 3:pm. I arrived early and was signed in by 2:45pm. I was called back and seen by you around 3:30pm. I came prepared with as much of my medical history (on paper) that I could remember. As I began to explain my level of pain and that the medicine (600 mg Ibuprofen, Flexeril, Prednisone) I was prescribed from North Okaloosa Medical Center ER was not solving the problem, you immediately stated that you don't prescribe "narcotics". My heart dropped and I was exasperated by your quick response to assume that the intention for my visit was to obtain "drugs". I did not respond to your statement but it immediately set me back some forty/fifty years. Is it because I'm Black? Do I look like someone on drugs? Was I twitching, turning in my seat, biting my nails, etc. that made you think that I needed "NARCOTICS"? Disappointed
