Dr. Jayroe has definitely stood out as a semi-new provider for me. From the beginning, I noticed that I didn’t feel anxious or rushed during my appointments. He took time with me, listened to my concerns, and kept an open mind. I’ve also noticed that Dr. Jayroe is very humble and doesn’t emanate an arrogant disposition, which is rare these days. I am grateful that he is my PCP and very appreciative of how he has treated me as a patient.

absolutely the best PCP I have ever had the privilege of interacting with; without going into detail, he used his expertise to help my mother in law through the hospice program when it became complicated enough that we has nowhere else to turn. as a result, I recommend him to anyone that will listen.

Started out great but I would not recommend care if you are looking for a physician to care beyond BMI and weight, he’s highly focused even after multiple attempts to redirect conversation elsewhere. I would especially not recommend for people with ED’s or in recovery from ED’s or anyone with mental health concerns. Also schedules appointments and then takes bloodwork at the end, so we are discussing previous bloodwork from months ago in current appointment, doesn’t really make sense and seems like a waste of time. Highly disappointed because I thought he could be a good doctor, will be taking my care elsewhere.

He spoke to me in a very patronizing tone and acted like I was not telling the truth about a problem that I was having. I will not see him again.

After having what seem to be a very normal check-up with Dr. Jayroe, I received a $200.00 plus bill. I have insurance & there was nothing out of the ordinary about my visit. After a few phone calls I was told my bill was coded as two separate visits & that it would be corrected. I thought everything was cleared up until I received a call a few months later stating this bill was going to be sent to collection. After a few more calls I was told since the dr. had spoken with me concerning my hypertension & change my medication that the bill would stand & he was unwilling to write it off. So I pretty much just paid $400.00 plus dollars to see a dr. for all of 10 minutes. An emergency room or urgent care visit would have been cheaper than a regular visit to my PCP. This is ridiculous.
