Treated me as though I were a long time friend
I was scheduled for minor surgery (ganglion cyst removal) but was greeted and treated as a important patient with an important problem. I am grateful for his unassuming manner and obvious expertise.

Has no compassion no bedside manner no patience
I came to him for a consult due to my sudden inability to use my hand anymore, I was enduring a lot of pain and was overall worried on what was happening to me. I am in my 20s and Dr. Ingari told me that I might have cancer and will need to schedule hand surgery if I want to get it taken care of. He gave me no time to process what he just told me and told me that I didn’t have any other options. I started crying and he just left the room. He didn’t come back I had to walk out there to find him and I was told by one of the nurses that my appointment was over. I was so confused because I didn’t know the appointment was over there was no conclusion to the appointment. I had such a horrible experience with him.

Dr. Ingari has performed many operations on my very young child. He is a phenomenal surgeon and his bedside manner is excellent. I was very nervous and upset before our first visit - being a new mom and not knowing what to do for my child. Dr. Ingari always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and helps me to navigate all of the options and choose the best ones for my child. I cannot recommend him enough. We initially went to see Dr. Ingari because of his impressive resume, and then when we saw how caring and compassionate he was, it was just icing on the cake.

Dr. Ingari listened to my concerns and challenges with my shoulder, and asked me several questions to really understand what my problem was. He explained options for treatment in ways I could clearly understand. He did not rush me into surgery, but offered several alternatives. Unfortunately, I did need surgery after all, but I felt like we had tried everything to avoid it. It was exactly as exactly as he described. I am amazed at how well I got my range of motion and strength back. I would highly recommend Dr. Ingari to anyone. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients!

Went for a second opinion about my Kienbocks and was told a couple options and then sent home in a cast for 4 weeks to make a decision. Came to my 2nd appointment expecting to schedule the surgery I had decided on, only to be told that I had to 'prove' the surgery I had chosen was the correct decision. He wanted to recast me and have me keep it on for 4 weeks despite the nerve pain that caused me to remove it 2 weeks after my 1st appointment once I had decided what surgery to go with.

Dr. Ingari explained all possible treatments and procedures that could be used prior to surgery. The surgery and recovery went as it was explained to me by Dr. Ingari. I have no complaints as to the treatment by Dr. Ingari or his staff. The surgery was conducted at the Johns Hopkins Center located at White Marsh which made for easy driving and parking.
