Life changing docter
I followed dr horner from a rehabilitation center (lifecare) I was in for serious injuries. He has done more during the time he has been my dr than others had not been able to do in 4 years he's extremely knowledgeable and caring he dosent just treat you as a number neither does his staff they work with you and are very friendly and helpful.

I don't think there's a doctor out there who cares more for his patients than Dr. Horner. He is very attentive and is a very kind person. As a doctor, he is incredibly sharp. He is very good at diagnosis and has a real intuition for figuring out what is going on with his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.
