The care more about $ then the patients.
Staff is rude, they overbill you on almost every visit, make you come unnecessarily for “prescription refill appointments” and overcharge for those appointments as well. If you ask even the simplest question on these appointments you get charged hundreds of extra for that. Even if it’s a wellness visit. Crazy! After being overcharged for years I have happily switched to a new doctor.

Unhappy with care and unprofessional office staff.
I have been a long term patient of Dr Ho. I have always been happy with his medical advice and treatments , but last yr things changed. Every single time I needed a refill, they would.come up with some reason to charge me for an appointment visit. I have be taking the same meds for yrs. I dont need to see him 6 times a yr to discuss the meds. Janice his nurse will not refill meds if you don't bow down to her and kiss her ring. The office staff is why I'm leaving this practice. Look for another provider this office is horrible IMHO.

His PA’s were great
Dr. Ho was rude and condescending. He didn’t listen, talked down to me, treated me as if I were an imbecile. If you’re looking for someone to be a “partner” in your health care, he isn’t the one!! If you want someone to dictate, rather than partner, he may be the one for you! Very poor attitude and bedside manner!

Dr Ho, Suzanne and Staff
After over 20 years of having Dr Ho and his staff take care myself and my wife's well being, I can honestly say that they are as professional and courteous as ever, and as they always have been. Highly recommended again as a physician, and so is very conscientious staff. Thanks all!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother. She’s a new patient with Dr. Ho. She is extremely relieved to have a doctor near by who shows competence, patience, and understanding. He answered all our questions, and took his time to explain things in depth. This was the only doctors office in our area that was accepting new patients and also would see us last minute. We are so happy that my mom has a new PCP and I can’t forget to mention the nurse Stacie is also extremely knowledgeable and caring, we are so grateful for this practice and the staff.

I have high praises for Dr. John Ho and Stacie Carangelo APN. Very professional, they take the time to listen to my concerns and include me in discussing what course of treatment is appropriate in my situation. Appointments are either same day or the next morning. The wait time in the office is less than 15 minutes. Emergencies are dealt with accordingly. I recommend Dr. John Ho and Stacie Carangelo APN based on my experience with them.

have been a patient of Dr Ho's for a number of years - in emergency get right in. if normal visit often same day, longest wait next morning. staff exceptional, dr Lauren DiMarco also great. they help with samples overall caring and very knowledgeable office. when need specialist his referrals were excellent. longest wait I have had in 7 years of seeing Dr Ho 15 minutes, normally see doctor within 5 minutes. Dr Ho is very thorough in his diagnosis asks relevant questions and feel comfortable in his care.

I read some of the reviews here about Dr. Ho's office and was blown away by the "bad" ones. My experience has always been so different. I've never been kept waiting more than 15 minutes on busy days, the staff are always cheerful, efficient and helpful, and both Dr. Ho and Lauren have always been wonderful. I recall having a billing issue a few years ago (being charged a co-pay I shouldn't have), but, after a couple of phone calls to the office and my insurance provider, it was resolved. I've NEVER left the office feeling that I wasn't listened to or that my medical issue wasn't thoroughly discussed and dealt with appropriately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. In my opinion, of all the medical professionals I've dealt with, Dr. Ho, Lauren, and their staff are up there with the best of them.

Be very careful going there. My wife and I went there for a wellness visit like others on here. When he asks if you have any medical issues if you answer he claims he is seeing you for that symptom and can charge you a $10 copay! We called Horizon and are filing complaints for fraud. Will never ever go back

My recent experience is very bad. He charged me for the services that were not provided as part of my well visit! He asked if I had any other issues during the visit to which I replied that I just have tennis elbow occasionally but it was nothing I cannot manage. When I questioned the office on the charges, they told me even though he did not offer any treatment, he can still charge as we talked about the subject. I cannot believe Dr.Ho tricks his patients to make money. Very bad and unethical.

If you have been seeing other doctors but NOT able to make progress, you should try Dr. Ho. He always 'listens' before giving his diagnosis, and explains why he comes up with such diagnosis. Through his explanation, you can tell this doctor apart from others who might be equally caring but lack the intelligence and insight to solve the problems. Good doctors are hard to find, but once you find them, they will make a significant difference in the life of you and your families!

Unprofessional, rude, and money- motivated. They do not care about the well being of their patients, but rather making money. They hang up on clients when they feel they do not want to answer their questions/concerns, and don’t keep the patients best interest in heart. I am pursuing legal action against them due to their misconduct. I suggest anyone reading this find someone more in tune to their patients rather than their profits. Patients best interests are not at heart. Very disappointing.

New staff is Comatose.........Get there at 830 for routine blood work, wait an hour, go in, tech tells me I cant find your script, go sit down and let others go ahead of you, "I Said no way, your office has been calling me every month to remind me to get bloodwork and you don't even have the info" Got up and walked out. Talked to some lady "Nurse Practioner" helpful as bag of expired peanuts.
