The Dr. went into detail about the situation with the infected molar, so I felt confident with recommended treatment. The staff was polite and helpful.

This was a routine dental cleaning, but one always has the feeling that treatment is personalized and the best In town.

I do not enjoy going to the dentist. I am very pleased with the care I received. Their facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very nice a treated me kindly. The equipment and techniques they used to examine and fix my teeth were absolutely amazing. They were able to provide me options that my previous dentist could provide. Very happy.

I have had several invasive procedures performed in the office and experienced no discomfort whatsoever and felt completely at ease during the procedures. Awesome visit! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. My needs were met beyond expectation. No pain! Dr. Hart and his team are helping me to have the best oral hygiene restore the nicest smile possible at 66 years old! I recommend highly and without reservation.

The team at Smiles by Hart is incredible and always willing to listen and work with their patients collaboratively! I appreciate their transparency and dedication they exhibit to my safety and wellbeing each time I've visited, especially coming from past dentist who dental-shamed me! My only constructive criticism is that their staff refrain from giving unsolicited comments about people's appearances. I'm sure the person at the front desk that day meant nothing by their comment but saying that someone "looks tired" isn't exactly something a person wants to hear. I wasn't sure how to respond other than the fact that I wasn't wearing makeup and am struggling to stay healthy during the pandemic. That being said, I think your team is fantastic and again appreciate all of their incredible work.

The office is extremely clean and safe. They have made extra efforts to eliminate introduction of and transmission of COVID-19. Dr. Hart and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and they made me fell very comfortable and answered all my questions. The office appears to be outfitted with the latest and greatest equipment. My initial, emergency exam visit for replacing my loose premolar with implant was very thorough. I was provided a treatment plan with cost breakdown and review (plus DVD) of the high-tech, 3D imagery of my mouth with focus on my loose premolar. My second visit for overall oral exam was also very thorough and I look forward to my follow up visit to go over the additional treatment plan. After only two visits, I have a very good idea of what my oral health issues are and what the recommended treatments are going to be. I was also made aware of their flexible payment options.

I have recommended Dr. Hart already! He was recommended to me as I'd just moved to the area and needed a dentist. I've done the same. I've had 2 visits- one for a cleaning a cleaning and one for a crown and a filling. I wouldn't have gone back if I didn't feel good after the cleaning. High tech office, careful and conscientious staff, concern for my well-being throughout the visits, no waiting for crowns (mine was made while I was in the office!). Great experience.

Every aspect of my visit was outstanding! I was immediately put at ease and appreciated the time Dr. Hart spent explaining everything with patience and thoroughness. From the consultation to the work done... I am so pleased and impressed and will have all my work done here in the future.

I hate going to the dentist. At least I used to. But Dr. Hart and his staff ensure that I’m so well taken care of that I feel more relaxed at the dentist than I’ve ever been. Everyone there, from the person who greets you when you enter to Dr. Hart himself, are kind, considerate and caring. I love that the office has the lastest tech to give patients the highest level of comfort and care, like early screening for mouth cancer and getting a crown in one visit. I won’t go anywhere else!

Even though it's not listed, Dr. Hart takes Concordia Insurance. Dr. Hart always has the most advanced equipment, making procedures a little faster and easier. His staff is friendly and professional, and the waiting room is far more pleasant than any other dentist's I've ever visited. I always know I have received the best possible care when I leave the office.

My prior experience with dentistry were horrific and terrifying!! Until I met Dr. H he is patient, kind, considerate and professional. Explains every procedure to you and love all of the updated equipment. The environment of his office is clean calm and friendly.

The best dentist ever! For once in my life I have a dentist who is exceptionally talented, and has a plan for addressing existing issues and insuring that my dental health is maintained. Dr. Hart is great in that he is super skilled and knowledgeable, and combines this with excellent equipment and facilities. I can go there and have any treatment done - on the same day. Dr. Hart is so professional and so is his staff. He has a beautiful new office and the staff and Dr. Hart make you feel so welcome. His goal is to help you feel comfortable and to answer all your questions and explain your options.
