Hostile Receptionist
I thought I had an appointment and I got the date wrong. The receptionist Carolyn, without smiling said 'No you don't. Not today! '. I said' How do you even know what my name is?' (there are a number of doctors and I am a new patient. She didn't reply. Then I said, 'I must have made a mistake' and she kept going on even then! 'Yeah! The Dr is in surgery all day so how would you have an appointment?' Instead of, 'It happens' or 'Sorry for the misunderstanding, we'll see you soon.' And had been professional. They need to replace her.

Dr. Hanna has been treating my daughter for her allergies for years. Between the pandemic and heading off to college, she wasn't able to get to his office for a visit. During that time, Dr. Hanna sent in a prescription for her medicine so she wouldn't suffer until she was able to see him. Dr. Hanna is not only a caring physician, but is very smart, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend him

Impatient
Dr. Hanna appears to be knowledgable, but rushed through each OV so quickly that he missed a diagnosis for my symptoms. He also became annoyed and short tempered with me when I hesitated for a few seconds to approve a procedure. I was unfamiliar with the procedure and needed a little explanation before enduring it. Dr. Hanna also became annoyed with me once he learned I did not need hearing aids or surgical intervention and he was unsure of what treatment would help me. Health insurance companies are paying generous fees and patients are paying hefty copays for medical advice, and we expect each OV to include sufficient questions and evaluation to determine all possible diagnosis even if that means taking longer than a couple minutes!

Their telephone "calling tree" totally annoying. Spent the last 10 minutes trying to have an appointment. I was disconnected the first time. Then I waited another app. five minutes, no answer. Did not even reach a voice box to leave a message

Dr. Hanna was referred to me by my primary care Dr. Dr. Hanna was very professional, examined my nose thoroughly, and proceeded to promptly treat my medical nasal problem. He also prescribed a more effective antibiotic for my sinus infection. I was confident with his diagnosis and treatment. I recommend him highly.

I have no doubt that Dr. Hanna saved my son. He correctly diagnosed my son with mastoiditis, and an ear infection with drug resistant pseudomonas. During our 10 day stay at the hospital on iv antibiotics and four surgeries, Dr. Hanna kept us informed, gave us as much of his time as we needed, kept us calm, and was so gentle with a terrified 4 year old. He is an excellent doctor, and I have full faith and trust in him.
