I overall had a great experience with Dr. Handago and his staff. They were very helpful whenever I had an issue that needed addressing. The Physical Therapy area is awesome and they also did a wonderful job making me whole again. Overall great experience for me.

It's a shame that I have to give Dr. Handago one star but I he should care more about how his staff treats patients. The office staff including the office manager is extremely rude! I am an office manager of an urgent care & I couldn't imagine my staff treating patients the way that this office treated me. I wasn't hung up on twice all because they told me the wrong location of the appt & couldn't own up to it. The staff lies to the doctor so they can control who is dismissed from the practice.

I would give less than one star if I could. After my appointment, the office told me all month they would call my insurance to authorize me for an MRI. After a month they told me the doctor doesn't do that and that I need to see a new doctor to get the authorization. Nobody apologized to me or explained why it took a month to come to this decision. Thanks to them I spent a month in excruciating pain. Save yourself a copay and most importantly your health by avoiding this ratchet establishment.

Office staff is rude and unproffesional. Charges ridiculous amount for.any paper work you need. Dr isn't very knowledgeable and can not answer many of your questions. You will have to remind him of any testing he prescribes in order to get the result. You will wait in the lobby for almost an hour and will only see the Dr for about 10 minutes if your lucky.
