I saw him for over 20 years. I trusted him. He misdiagnosed me in a big way. A way that damaged my life. It's a long story and I won't reveal my health issues here, let's just say when I was finally properly dx'ed two doctors encouraged me to write to the board. I'm surprised he's still practicing. Also, he is NOT a dentist. I did like him, I trusted him, he's just a bad doctor.

Best MD around!
Dr. Hackett has been my dentist since I was a child. I've since had my children become his patient and spouse. He is absolutely amazing. He is so kind. Doesn't make you feel rushed. I also love that he sees both adults and children so the whole family can him. HIGHLY Recommend!

Dr Hackett is a caring wonderful person. His NP
Every time that I saw Dr Hackett who I loved so much I would travel 30+ minutes away to see, he was very thorough and helpful. I ended up leaving because I could not use the portal to reach him. His NP would intercept my messages to him and she unfortunately is not helpful, kind or in my opinion, very smart for a complex patient.

My prior doctor left for VIP service. I went on line to see who was local and picked Dr Hackett. He has exceeded my expectations. He is kind and considerate and listens to all my needs and issues. The staff and office is amazing and always attentive by email, live or by phone. I should mention that I work in healthcare for the 35+ years and a couple of weeks into our first encounter I needed a triple bypass and he and staff didn’t miss a beat. I have been lucky to make such a great choice in a Primary Physician. Thank You Dr. Hackett and his staff.

DO NOT got to this practice. This year, I went for a regular annual visit, and they sent me a bill for $500. I have been to their practice previous two years, and my bill was $0. Same insurance. Same annual check-up. If someone else have experienced this, I'd love to get together and file a class-action lawsuit. Highway robbery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hackett for over 20 years and he has been great. His medical assistants and office personnel have also been wonderful. I have recommended this practice to several friends.

I came to Dr. Hackett from a referral and I'm so happy that i did. I was feeling unheard by my current doctor who was very busy and would quickly brush me out of her office. Dr. Hackett spent time listening to me and assured me that we would get to the bottom of my symptoms. He even gave me his email address to email him any time i had a question. This was unheard of at my last doctor practice. I cannot recommend Dr. Hackett enough!
