I would not recommend doctor Wollner to anyone runs a shady business received a cortisone injection in my finger and they coded it so it feel under surgery for my insurance company and was charged a 150.00 when I have received injections in other parts of my body and never been charged this way. This doctor runs a dishonest buiness.

Easily the worst medical experience of my life. I like blunt/pragmatic doctors, but he wasn't either of those like it said in some reviews. He was rude and dismissive, sexist, and genuinely cruel. He at one point insisted I buy a hair removal cream for under my arms, which had ZERO to do with the reason I was there. He literally refused to listen at all, it was bizarre. He replied to everything I said with "that's not a real problem." (Chronically ill, it's been real 14 years! Visibly covers ~30% of me.) I didn't say anything rude or short, wasn't demanding anything, this should have been an easy appointment. I was honestly shocked into silence for a lot of it, like his nurse and the doctor shadowing him, (who he brought in without my consent. She was nice but I didn't want more people in there while I was exposed.) He examined my open skin lesions with bare hands, and didn't wash before or after. He left his mask down. No gloves. Not enough space here but I reported him to the board.

He displayed poor communication with me, and spoke to me in a very condescending man. He did not seem confident in examining me, and only did so for a very short minute, without taking the time to look at all the areas my issues was occurring- he looked at a few spots and dismissed me, saying to just continue applying topical cream from my primary. No answers, no kindness, and a very long wait time.

I saw dr wollner in college for acne and do not recommend. I looked 3x worse walking out of his office. Red and swollen areas of my face from extraction. I was embarrassed to walk out. He also looked down my shirt, which I think is inappropriate. I have heard several others with the same experience unfortunately.

Dr. Wollner has the best personality of any doctor I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot unfortunately. After spending time to look at and diagnose my problem, he recommended a solution that ended up clearing up the problem faster than expected. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

If I could give a zero star I would. I have been a patient of Dr. W for about 2 years now and his staff of ladies are so ridiculously RUDE!! Horrible customer service, they answer the phone then as soon as I start talking they ask me to be placed on hold and before I can even respond I am placed on hold! The tone and the attitude just as if they are kids. I am going to get my meds from there and thats the last they will ever see me.

He was great with my 91-year-old father. Human, kind, professional, honest. Looks at people, listens to them. Long wait, but worth it in terms of the confidence my dad felt when this doctor was dealing with him.
