Dr. John Grigg, MD

Dr Grigg is great, takes the time to explain everything but the problem with this office is the assistant. As soon as she answers the phone it sounds like she's in a bad mood, no matter the day or time. She gave me attitude when I asked a few questions in reference to my mom, who is the patient, she ended up hanging up on me while I was still speaking and asking for clarity. In different occasions. My mom will probably be changing doctors due to this issue.

While he is very good at explaining things about your health, he does not wear gloves while drawing blood and does not wash hands between visits. This is dangerous. He is also very unkept and so is the office. Organized, but visibly dirty. I was given an inhaler to measure my breathing that didn’t seem sterilized. He took it out of a dingy plastic bag and straight to my mouth. I ended up with worse symptoms after. Nice doctor, but very negligent. Please seek a safer practice. For yours and everyone’s safety.

I have been going to Dr Grigg for years. He is an old fashioned doctor who cares. Great bedside manner. Love the staff.

Horrible office staff

I've been going to Dr. Grigg for years. He's extremely thorough and explains everything. Have referred many friends and family to Dr. Grigg and they all say the same thing...He's a great Doc.

The best! Explains everything in detail as he is doing it. Keeps the patient informed and addresses all your concerns.

A present Dr. Marcus Welby. Great bedside manner. Does it all & explains everything in detail. Never feel rushed in the office. New physicians should shadow him for 1 day. Always concerned about his patients. J. Flora.

We think Dr Grigg is the kind of doctor anyone and everyone needs He is laid back and caring, very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. He is the old style family doctor who takes time with his patients and listens. That is what’s generally missing in the medical field today

Dr. Grigg places unhurried personal attention, care, expertise and an excellent bedside manner over the quick, insurance assembly style physician. He is concerned about every patient and will follow-through to ensure the wellbeing of the patient is maintained. He listens to patients to completely understand, welcomes and answers all questions and will explain in detail the treatment and care plan. Dr. Grigg represents the essence of what a doctor/patient relationship should be.

I was looking for a new primary care doctor and Dr. Grigg is it. What a rare find! A small office with personal attention and courteous staff. I was taken in for my appt right on time and no time wasted waiting while the doctor or other staff were busy with other patients. Dr. Grigg talks to you, explains everything he's doing and why. What a difference from other doctor's offices - I didn't think doctors like Dr. Grigg existed any more and am so pleased to have found him!

Dr. Grigg is a wonderful, caring experienced doctor who cares about his patients. He explains everything in easy to understand terms and finds the right solution for any problem. We are very confident with his care.
