The best doctor I have had. I was with him for 18 years and was so sad I moved —-nobody around here that comes close to him. Glad he retired and am waiting for him to get so bored he will move to Palm Coast Fl and open up here. There are only 1 or 2 rheumatologists that are any good but none can compare to his care and knowledge. I fully trusted him. Please come back!

He has retired, but was the best I could find .
I saw him for almost 30 years. He got me through many additional autoimmune illnesses. Very sad he retired. He especially helped me through Scleritis and Uveitis working with my eye specialist. He was compassionate and knowledgeable and listened when I asked questions, didn’t brush my concerns away or make me feel like after 30 years, I didn’t know what was happening to my body.

Great listener....
I am a former patient of Dr. Gresh. Former only because he's out of network and I have to travel an hour to be seen. I decided to go "local" as my health-care system has a portal where ALL my information can be seen by my providers. I really liked Dr. Gresh!!! Another couple of down-sides were---he doesn't have (or had) after-hours contact in case of any issue my RA might have. I won't go to the ER (as their voice-mail suggests) because at this time, my RA isn't life-threating. He was (is ) open only M-Th. as well. I try to advocate for myself (keeping track of meds etc). Anyway, I still would recommend him to anyone though I'm no longer a patient there. Oh---I did suggest to him he should consider going into practice in my community (The Villages) as we're so lacking good rheumatology people but he ignored the comment.

Dr. Gresh is very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. He spends a lot of time reviewing test results and explaining in detail his analysis of issues affecting his patients. He provides written examples as well as answering any questions you may have regarding your condition. His staff was professional, pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I have never had a physician I've had more confidence in than Dr. Gresh.

Dr Gresh provided me with the most comprehensive doctor visit I have ever experienced. He listened, he explained, he reviewed and discussed with me the results of previous medical tests I provided and he developed an action plan to provide further insight into my medical issues. Could not ask for more!

Dr. Gresh may be a fine doctor. I'll never know. His office required a referral from my primary care physician, even though my health insurance coverage does not require one for me to see a specialist. I have recently moved to the area, and my primary care physician does not know my history of Rheumatoid Arthritis, nor does he have the charts from my previous rheumatologist. Dr. Gresh's office would not accept a referral from my previous Rheumatologist located elsewhere, even though I've been under that doctor's care for 16 years. That's 16 years of charts and doctor's notes that Dr. Gresh's office chose to ignore. My new primary gave me a referral based solely on my statement that I have RA. So I have to submit the referral and about 9 pages of New Patient Information, and this information has to undergo an in-office review to determine whether I will be "granted" the privilege of officially becoming a new patient. So I went to the office and personally handed them my New Patient p

Today was my first visit. I have struggled with arthritis and Fybromyalgia for years . I had such hopes for more control over my arthritis. However he was very honest that there isn't much help for Fybromyalgia ans that is my key issue . I was so hurt when I was trying to fisnish the last question and he stops to tell me I also have hyperactivity or anxiety and if i havent been diagnosed I should be!! Well....I have been and struggle with it. That made me more nervous and brought out all my emotions. I heard he is very short on patience from many before I went BUT was a great doctor and knowledgeable. I would have to agree. I spoke quickly and I'm sorry that bothered him. I also felt after that he showed great concern and empathy. How difficult it may be to see a patient drown in tears from constant pain and not be able to help them. That makes a person with severe anxiety worse when things like that are said. My opinion is he cares and knows his stuff . Best office staff ever!!

I have been a patient of Dr Gresh since 2015 for AI, Sjogren's etc. When I first saw him, his MA explained that I would see his NP every other visit, I called yesterday to make an appt w Dr Gresh for a cortisone shot for my bursitis, but was told Dr Gresh ONLY sees new patients & I would need to see Becky the NP for the injection. I told her only wanted Dr Gresh, she called me back and said NO, you can have to see Becky Dr Gresh won't see you after your 1st appt, sorry, but I won't be back.

Dr Gresh is a good doctor the first time you see him or maybe if your pain isn't chronic pain. I was very pleased with him at first. I thought he really was going to try to help me. I can't make an appointment with him. His office always say's Doctor Gresh want's me to see rebecca. I have been getting MUCH worse I explained to offfice. Sorry Dr. Gresh wants you to see rebecca is what I always hear. It has been over a year since I have been able to see Dr Gresh. Use to be caring doctor no more.
