I picked this Dr. when I first moved to Gloversville from Nassau County. I have never seen this man or have been treated by him. For 18 months I saw only his P.A.

As a former Medical Staff Director, it was my experience to “credential” the physician. As a wife, I accompanied my husband through many specialist’s appointments searching for an answer to his ailments. Dr. Glenn correctly and compassionately identified ALS. It is my hope that he will always continue his practice throughout my lifetime.

I wanted to come in to see someone because I was sick, they told me the didn’t have time and to go to urgent care. I went to urgent care, same building and was informed my Dr had walk-in hours( which they never even mentioned). I then made an appointment for a checkup and they called to re-schedule. I’ll be switching primaries considering Dr. Glenn’s office seems to care less about their patients. Bad office staff too!!!!!

I was a patient of Dr. Glenn's associate for 3 years, at St. Mary's. That person left the practice. When I had to go out of town for an extended period, and ran out of needed medication, they refused to call in a prescription for me because I hadn't yet been seen by the replacement. They had all my medical records, I had been by seen Dr. Glenn, they knew I had a legitimate requirement for this medication, and yet they refused to provide it. To me, this is THE definition of not caring. At all.
