Dr. John Ghobrial, MD

Went to Dr Ghobriel because I had excruciating eye pain. He did a simple procedure called Prokura that did wonders. He told me sometimes it has to be redone but two years later and I am doing well. Also was told by another doc that I had the beginning of glaucoma and he told me not at all as did a subsequent eye doc. Would highly recommend him!

Needed a comprehensive exam. Angrily, that didn’t occur! Is this guy even a qualified ophthalmologist?! Barely did any exam at all! Refused to even check my prescription! I had blurry vision intermittently… without known cause. So was understandably very concerned. I made appt w Dr. Ghobrial & had to wait a long time for it! Being concerned, I went to a retinal specialist for an urgent visit (Unlike Ghobrial, they got me in within about 48 hours!) & they dilated my eyes & checked them a little bit. I told this to Dr. G’s office & they said they’d obtain the documents. They LIED!! They had over a month & never obtained. They made me sit in waiting room close to an hr while trying to get day of visit, w spouse waiting in car, but never obtained the needed reports for Dr. Ghobrial to review. That was only the start of nightmarish visit! No Covid protocols. Masks not required in waiting area & disgustingly, no soap in bathroom. UNSANITARY! Reached out before review, but ZERO reply from Dr

Horror story with this doctor! He ruined my dads surgery. My dad now sees double vision. This surgery was promised to remove his glasses forever. When questioned about his vision he gave poor excuses and actually got annoyed that his work was being questioned. Be aware of this dr. I cannot believe that this is allowed! Disgusting

Doctor Ghobrial is an eye wonder! He relieved all of my eye surgery fears, he answered all of the questions that I asked without losing his patience. The examination he did on my eyes was very thorough and he explained all of the details of what he was doing, which put me even more at ease. He completely prepared me for surgery, made the arrangements, and again made sure I was comfortable during and after the surgery. His staff received me like I was an old friend, very warmly welcoming me.
