Dr German said he was going to sedate my son before removing his broviac line (a line straight to the heart), but I heard my son screaming in the treatment room. I began pounding on the door and screaming for my son. When he and one nurse came out a few minutes later, the nurse told me Dr German gave my son Versed, which makes him forget about the surgical procedure. I was furious! He tortured my son and justified it by saying the Versed makes him forget about it! It is horrific and insane to torture a child and justify yourself by giving him a drug to make him forget the HORROR and EXCRUCIATING PAIN of being operated on while awake and coherent! HIS LICENSE SHOULD BE TAKEN FROM HIM!
