Dr. John Gerguis, MD

My wife, adult daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Gerguis for several years now and are very happy with the DPC (direct patient care) model. Not only is he there for us when needed, he takes time to discuss our individual health needs and walk through the process of his recommendations. In the world of managed care, HMO's are too often controlling what the doctor does such as requiring extra services before approving what the doctor actually believes needs to be done. I'm happy that Dr. Gerguis meets most of our healthcare needs and he provides excellent referrals when necessary. The staff are friendly and helpful and I've never experienced a wait time more than 10 minutes - usually less than 5 minutes upon arrival.

I have been seeing Dr. Gerguis since 1999. He truly cares about his patients, takes the time to listen and documents everything. He is a great diagnostician and takes the time to teach you about your condition. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes either, and the staff are very friendly and concerned. I love having 24/7 access to my doctor. The Direct Care Model has several benefits. I highly recommend Dr. Gerguis.

This medical experience will be like none you're likely to ever have had before. From the first call, the front desk people are caring, nice and unhurried. You feel like a person- not like an annoyance. The office is clean, modern and unruffled. I was taken back AT the time I was scheduled and, instead of waiting, was immediately served! Dr. Gerguis takes a LOT of time (vs the 14 minute doctors office average) to find out your specific needs and is obviously genuinely interested and vested in your best interest. I rarely do reviews, but this office really deserves praise. Additionally, in spite of the concierge service level, the fees were no more than where I went previously. If you are looking for a compassionate, considerate and attentive medical doctor- you need to look no further than Dr. Gerguis

One of the BEST Doctors I've ever been to. He gets down to the bottom of what's wrong, and accurate. Truly cares about you as a person, and not just another number.

Always treats me like I'm the one person who's important while he is with me although his office may be full of patients. He is a better diagnostician than just about any specialist I've seen. He genuinely cares about his patients. In my adult life, I've l lived in four states and multiple cities. I have had doctors in each of the cities. I can honestly say Dr. Gerguis is the very best I've encountered.
