I ended up with negative dysphotopsia which is a extremely annoying shadow in the side of my eye which I have found can be corrected by taping my eyelid. So is it the iol or the eyelid that's the problem or both? Perhaps Dean docs aren't allow to discuss and you are on your own. Furthermore, they charged nearly $15,000 for the procedure (one eye), not upgrades, simple Johnson & Johnson ZCB00 (found for $100 on net). The usual cost in my area for this surgery would be between $3000 and $6000. Dean charged enough to do 3 eyes. I have the surgeon's records for the surgery and there are no complications noted. However next day I had elevated IOP and was treated with a drug that sent me to the ER with a host of side effects. As the drug was administered at the clinic, I was not informed of possible side effects. I became "diabetic" for at least a day and a whole host of other symptoms. In summary I find that Dean is consistently good at one thing: over billing and poor healthcare.

I won't go to him again. He won't listen to you, and I think his diagnosis was inaccurate. I don't think he wants to be bothered.

He did not listen and address my concerns. I do not recommend.

Dr. Geanon is a fantastic Dr. He has been my ophthalmologist for over 10 years. Luckily he checks my eyes thoroughly every six months and my last visit confirmed glaucoma. Treatment was started immediately and he saved my eye sight. I will be forever grateful.

He did my cataract surgery on both eyes. I’ve had to see eye disease specialists after. I believe he should have referred me before doing my surgery - I do not trust him.

Dr.Geanon has been my Mom's eye care provider for a number of years. He handles her very complex vision issues related to aging and heredity. He comes with our highest regards for recommendation for anyone looking for a provider. He is extremely patient and listens to her needs. He is sincerely an excellent practitioner!
