Dr Gaylord is THE best Dr that I have encountered in the VA Medical system. He is very attentive and listens in depth to your concerns. This is what he told me on a number of occasions "thank you for your service, I am here to help you. You are the boss and I just work for you, now please tell me how I can help you. " He is so knowledgeable and will refer you to a specialist quickly if needed. I miss him terribly as my primary care physician!

Of the six primary care physicians i've had through the VA, at four different facilities, Dr. Gaylord is by far the best. His attention to detail in reviewing my tests and history have led him to provide treatments that have greatly improved my standard of living. I could not ask for a better doctor, in the VA or out of it!
