Unprofessional & Incapable
I do not have a colon and am lucky to have a j-pouch. I arrived for a scope and dilation. I informed all staff of my concerns and asked to see the person performing the procedure prior to signing consent. When he arrived I shared that I didn’t know him and therefore didn’t trust. I asked what he planned on doing. He was arrogant and dismissive. I didn’t have anyone in the room with me. After expressing my needs and concerns several times he continued to ignore and was incredibly condescending. My surgeon told me he would help if I needed dilation and that is exactly what I needed. I told him I had an event 2 days prior that almost required an ER visit. That I needed to be dilated. He completely disregarded my needs and sent me home after doing nothing but the scope. I had to schedule another visit with my surgeon to receive the care I required. I will never let him near me again. You shouldn’t either.

Professional
He is a great physician. Very approachable and attentive. Using my chart he answers very quickly. On the day of surgery. He made sure that I was relaxed. Answered all the questions and went over post surgical care and expectations very well
