Urgent care walk in visit
I walked in for an urgent care visit as the “pink eye” treatment was worsening. Given I woke up with my eyes completely shut, swollen and hurting I knew it was not pink eye. Dr. Feilbach walked into the room, not even sure if he mentioned his name. Asked what I was being seen for, his tone was very rough and not inviting to talk about my issues. None the less I told him and cut in and stated “yes well you can’t expect results right away from the meds you are already on and you stated it’s better” I then replied the discharge is better but there are new symptoms. Given the tone I was completely upset and wanted nothing to do with him. He then touch my eye very quickly with gloves I believe he walked in the door with. He was very rude in the sense of not willing to listen to my concerns. He called me impatient at one point. Very abrasive physician, if I ever walk into a urgent care again I will not be seen by him.
