You wont be seen, they are a shambles
Today marks the second consecutive year that Dr. Dieck and his staff have failed to be prepared or present for an appointment arranged several months prior. They called me while I was in the car and on my way to the appointment to let me know that they weren't going to see me. I had to arrange the day off obviously. These people simply aren't professional whatsoever. It's disgraceful. Don't waste time you might not have with this staff.

To be brief, Dr. Dieck saved my life by properly diagnosing my critical condition in time. Since then his care has been wonderful. My wife and I are deeply grateful. (or as she says, "MOST of the time!") Everyone on the Doctors staff has been great. Upbeat and friendly and I must give special kudos to Nurse Debbie Hardin who has been of great help to me. Thanks, y'all!

I've been a patient of Dr. Dieck since I moved to the Austin area, 13 years ago. This is a highly competent practice, with access to every advanced medical test and thorough evaluation of heart issues. Dr. Dieck keeps me advised of what the various tests all mean, and offers guidance about diet or activity changes I need. I always have the sense that the doctor is ahead of potential risks and is not at all shy about intervening when required. My own health history has the potential to be worrisome, but I'm doing exceptionally well under the care of Texas Heart and Vascular. I'm completely satisfied.

I have been a patient of Dr John Dieck's since 1999. In my not so humble opinion he is the finest cardiologist in the entire state of Texas. His nurse, Debbie Hardin, as are Nurse Cynthia Dolphus and PA Savannah Dagget are all rock stars. The rest of his staff, medical assistant and front office are top of the line. Professional, courteous and helpful. It just doesn't get any better than this. Ron Brock
