I have been going to this practice since childhood. I typically see Jennifer O. (PA) and I would recommend this practice to anyone. All of the staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They really listen to their patients and make you feel at ease.

I spent over a MONTH trying to get in for an appt as a new patient and got no where. 1. I had to call them back weeks after they got my paperwork because I hadn't heard from them to schedule a "meet & greet." 2. They couldn't find my paperwork because apparently they check the mail 1/wk. REALLY!? 3. When they did find it, they couldn't schedule me because they hadn't processed it. 4. I got promises that they would call me to schedule an appointment which never happened. Horrible professionalism

Our family has been with Dr. Dickens for more than 25 years, and we could not be more thankful for his practice. He has consistently provided excellent healthcare in a professional yet friendly manner. The other doctors and physician's assistants in his office that we've seen over the years maintain the same culture: the feeling that you are in the best hands possible. In fact, when we moved to Los Angeles for seven years, we never got another doctor out there; we flew back to Dr. Dickens.
