I always enjoyed my appointment with Dr.Detullio ,and wanted to thank him for helping me get a drug that saved my life, so I will miss him because he retired on December 31,2024 ,so enjoy & you made a great decision to retire, thanks your patient Joyce Slocum

Great Doctor
I have been seeing Dr. Detullio for more than 20 years for my chronic lung condition.He has always answered any questions for me.I have always received excellent service not only from him but also his staff.I’ve never had to wait long at my appt. to see the doctor.I always get call backs right away.I absolutely have no complaints!! I am moving out of state next year and I hope I find another pulmonologist as knowledgeable as he is.I will miss him.

The office staff is 100% incompetent; Multiple occasions their staff sent rx to wrong pharmacy after being told it was the wrong pharmacy. After confirming they were removing the wrong pharmacy info from their records! The very same day they promised not to send rx there, 5 min later it was at the wrong Walgreens. This is for an 87 yr ok’d patient! Then they gave her an appt, we took time off from work and waited until They came out and told her she didn’t have an appt , which she did but they put it in the wrong location! Never answer phones and you can wait 2 days for a call back. This isn’t a primary care office, this is a specialist for ppl w critical needs in some cases. Dr Detullio is excellent, his front desk staff are the worst. I work in a Drs office as well. If we ran out practice the way this practice is run our heads would roll! We will be transferring our moms records to another pulmonologist bc of the lack of professionalism or concern by the front office staff!

His approach was very unattentive, was not able to answer questions that I asked. Very disappointed in his lack of interest to me as his patient. Found him very rude and abrupt, not prepared for my scheduled visit with information that had been faxed to him involving my main reason for this visit.
