Amazing service and quality of care.
First off, the guy that runs the place is really nice. He looks like he can bench press about 1,000 lbs and has a bunch of lego sets at the front desk; I thought that was cool. I am having really bad back problems and called hoping to get in sometime soon, I got in that day, which is crazy to begin with. Then, after my visit the Dr. calls me to follow up. Not the front desk dude, or the nurse, the doctor calls me personally to check up. That's crazy good service. I've never heard of the doctor actually calling a patient to check up on them because they care so much. Really great place, excellent service, and great people.

I have been with this doctor for 30 years - my entire lifespan. After 30 years of my entire family seeing our family doctor, I forgot to make (and so missed) one payment of about $60. After a few months went by, instead of a reminder over text, call, or email, I received a notification from the front desk clerk (the doctor's son) threatening to send debt collectors after me if I didn't pay by the end of the month. For anyone unaware, debt collectors harass people, call them multiple times a day with increasingly threatening messages, and ruin a person's credit score. Of course, I do believe that treatment has a price and that payments need to be made - I did ultimately make my payment. But for someone advertising themselves as a "family doctor," this treatment of a lifelong patient was aggressive and unprofessional. Paul, in the future, try sending a reminder first. If you're looking for a family doctor who removes the personal touch and treats you like a statistic, you found him.

I have been seeing Dr Demask as my primary care physician for a little over 5 years now since I moved to Minooka. He is a one of a kind doctor. I love that he is laid back and honest with his patients he does not complicate things and explains things in a way that a patient can easily understand and he truly listens to his patients. For years I went to doctors who I felt never truly listened. As someone with a chronic pain disease and and a gastro intestinal disease I needed to be heard and he was willing to help. I will never go to another doctor as long as I live in Minooka. His office staff and nurses are just as amazing too! Even the golden retriever is a fabulous encounter!
