Billed my appointment so insurance would not cover it. Ignored phone calls with follow up question and, months later ignored calls on another matter as well. I finally wrote a letter about the other issue. No response for 2 months until I left a fairly rude phone message. When I asked why I never got a response, I was told he put the letter aside and forgot about it. So if you want an uncaring, ego and business driven doctor, he's a great choice. :)

Try calling the number it is always busy. Need to schedule an appointment is very difficult. Need to discuss a medical issue cannot do this due to the phone being busy all the time. Never can get through. Ask staff when you walk in and they claim that there is an issue with the system. Seriously, CenturyLink needs to get their infrastructure fixed in the rural area and the doctor office needs additional line where patients can contact the office to schedule an appointment.
