Dr. Cates has been my family doctor for 20 years! He is a Phenomenal doctor and great knowledge! He wants to help us become healthy individuals without medicine if possible. He has a Great attitude and so does his staff! He's gone above and beyond even checks in on his days off.

I felt bullied by a doctor for the first time. Unfortunately, there was no level of trust so I decided to see a different family physician. My life is much better now.

First time in a very long time I had a physician that took the time to get to know me. In the past two years Dr. Cates has helped me get my thyroid and cholesterol under control and off of blood pressure medication. He's not about prescriptions but about diet and exercise, family history and daily life. Most times I don't have to wait long during an appointment. Like everything else some days it may take longer than others. He has never kept me waiting more than 15 minutes.

Got way too "friendly" with my cousin. She finally had to change Dr's because her visits were becoming more "personal" then professional
