Too Dismissive, Didn’t acknowledge my concerns.
I went to dr brush with concerns of chest pain and a fluttery feeling. Explained to him that I would feel almost a fast heartbeat with a pain but also a fluttery type feeling at the same time…blood pressure concerns as well. Family history of high blood pressure and I was obese at the time of his visit. He dismissed my concerns as possible reflux or possibly lung issues. Very patronizing and just generally not listening to my concerns. So i went to a different cardiologist… THANK GOD I did!!! He did a stress test after hearing my concerns and doing a short ekg in office. He also did a 2 day holter monitor. Found the cause of my chest pain, flutter… taking one medicine for high blood pressure and another for the PAC’s… no more pain/flutter! If I hadn’t switched, I would be dealing with it still. BTW the 2nd dr. Is DR. Kanter!!! Thank goodness for DR. Kanter’s ACTUAL listening and taking action!
