Dr. Bovenmyer once again did a very good job at diagnosing the problem and offered a treatment at minimum cost. Very much recommend him for skin problems.

I had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled it without calling. I waited a half hour outside their door, even saw someone park in the spot reserved for their doctor and go in the side entrance. Called them three times and no answer. They finally called me back the next day saying the doctor was out of town and they forgot to call and cancel. Very unprofessional.

Humiliating experience. I have had Rosacea and Ocular Rosocea since 2008 which now controls my life, this doctor has treated me since 2008 and the only way that I could control the Rosecea is with Doxycycline and Financea Gel. Given the limited jobs that I could work I qualified for subsidized health insurance in 2017, they (meaning Dr. Bovenmyer's office) made the appointment, but refused to see me and I even offered to pay for the appointment myself, if they did not accept my insurance.

Billing issues. Major. Had to go all the way to the doctor himself to resolve and then he was nasty, uncooperative and resolution was slow - I'm talking almost 3 YEARS to resolve completely. I also feel like doctor talks more than listens. I have autoimmune issues and have had skin cancer. He diagnosed a rash as "heat rash" because he didn't listen when I described the autoimmune issues. I do not recommend him.

Horrible dermatologist! Told me I have hives.. been dealing with it for almost a year! Nothing helps. He told me to take 8 benedryll a day! Did no tests at all. I'm taking about 12 benedryll a day now and doesn't do a damn thing! Not even put me to sleep.
