I received very excellent care and attention from Dr. Bouldin recently. He was very thorough in taking my history and examination and I could not have expected more compassionate evaluation. And all this at 4:00 AM after a very busy night at the E.R.

I was not fully examined in Emergency as the doctor never took my mask down to see that my right cheek and neck was swollen along with my right eye. I was kept maybe 20 minutes and told my condition was not bad enough to be admitted yet. My eye swollen shut, cheek and right neck swelling. Told to go home as it will get worse before it gets better. Not sure how much worse I should have been. No lab work done to compare to from my urgent care visit from the day before. My wife was so confident I would be admitted she told me to pack a bag. I was so upset that I left walking. She could not stay because of covid 19. She was late for work and I was so upset that we just went on and left. My wife wanted so bad to call him but did not want to be ugly. I was admitted 24 hr later to diff hosp, spent a total of 11 days in hospital. Had to see plastic surgeon for suspected flesh eating bacteria that had to have dead tissue removed. Lucky not dead, haven’t lost eye and hopefully not skin graft.
