The appointment and examination process was quick, yet thorough. I scheduled the appointment for one health concern which turned out to not be much of a concern at all, but during the examination Dr. Biltz identified and treated a more significant health issue.

Dr. Bilts and his team are a rare find in the medical field these days. I was very nervous about my appointment and from the front desk, patient vitals, doctor exam to a small surgical procedure every single person was kind, compassionate and truly listened to my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Biltz has an excellent bedside manner. This office as a whole is an example of what patient treatment should be everywhere. We are not a number, we are human beings and this group gets that.

I ALWAYS have a great dermatology yearly checkup with Dr. Biltz. He is direct, to the point, kind, thorough, and he listens. He is respectful of his patients, and I have never had to wait very long at all at his office. His nurses are very nice and cheerful too. I am 100% pleased with him and his organization.

They are friendly, quick, and thorough. I’ve had great experiences every time I have gone. The nursing staff and Dr. Biltz are friendly and professional. I first went about a year and half go for a wart on my nail bed and as Dr. Biltz was observing my finger, he noticed a mole on my upper arm. I remember being caught off guard and confused because I was just there for a wart. He removed the mole to be tested that same day. It was probably the best thing that happened to me because the mole was melanoma. The skin around the area was removed and it healed great. Now I go every six months for follow-ups and each experience has been great! I recommend them to anyone who needs dermatology services.

Best dermatologist I've ever been to. He goes above and beyond all expectations to take care of your skin. His staff is super also.
